Service Requirements

To ensure a successful unlock through gsmxr.in, the device must meet the following criteria:

  • Clean Status: The device must not be reported as lost, stolen, or involved in insurance fraud.

  • Out of Contract: All installment plans (Next) must be fully paid off, and any 2-year contract terms must be completed.

  • Service Tenure: Postpaid devices must have been active for at least 60 days; Prepaid devices require 6 months of active service.

  • Liberty Transition: Since AT&T's operations in PR/USVI were acquired by Liberty, some devices may need to be processed through Liberty-specific protocols. This service covers both legacy AT&T and Liberty-transitioned IMEIs.


Supported Models (2026)

  • Apple: All models from iPhone 6s to the iPhone 17 Pro Max.

  • Generic: Includes Samsung (S25/S26 series), Google Pixel, Motorola, and other Android brands originally sold by AT&T PR/USVI.


Strict Policy: No Refund & No Replacement

This is a premium server-side service with a Non-Refundable policy under the following conditions:

  • Wrong Carrier: If the device is actually locked to T-Mobile, Verizon, or Sprint, there is No Refund. Use a GSX or Network Check service at gsmxr.in before ordering.

  • Not Unlocked (Ineligible): If the device is found to be under finance, blacklisted, or active on another user's account, the server will reject the request, and No Refund will be issued.

  • IMEI Error: Ensure the 15-digit IMEI is submitted correctly. Errors in digit entry are the user's responsibility.
