Welcome to gsmxr.in, operated by GSMXR ENTERPRISES Delhi, India. These Terms govern your access to the website and all digital tools, credits, OTP tokens, licenses, remote/rent slots, files, IMEI/info checks, and related services sold on this platform.

By creating an account, placing an order, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

1. Eligibility

To use gsmxr.in you must meet all of the following:

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have legal capacity to enter a contract under applicable law.
• If you use the platform for a shop or business, you confirm you are authorized to bind that business.

2. What We Provide

gsmxr.in is a digital marketplace for GSM and mobile software professionals. Services may include:

• Tool licenses, activations, rent / time-based logins, and API access
• OTP tokens, credits, and one-click service tokens
• Firmware / file downloads and software packages
• Server-side or remote processing services
• IMEI / device information lookup services

Descriptions, prices, validity periods, and delivery times shown on each product page form part of the order. We may change listings, pricing, or availability at any time.

3. Authorized Use Only

All tools and services are intended only for:

• devices you own; or
• devices for which you have the owner’s clear authorization; and
• lawful repair, firmware, FRP, diagnostic, or software servicing work.

You must not use any service on lost, stolen, blacklisted, or flagged devices, or run unauthorized / suspicious authentication operations.

Before processing a device, verify IMEI status through official channels such as CEIR IMEI Verification.

You are solely responsible for collecting proper proof (bill/box, or ID + signature + photograph where no box is available) and for complying with local, national, and international law. gsmxr.in does not authorize illegal unlocking, theft-related work, or bypassing security on devices without owner permission.

4. Digital Delivery

Products are digital. After payment, delivery is made to your account panel, on-screen details, and/or registered email or chat, depending on the product.

OTP tokens, credits, rent hours, and similar items may start immediately and may expire as stated on the product page.

Check login details, tokens, and files as soon as they are delivered and report an obvious delivery failure promptly so we can investigate.

5. Payments

Accepted methods may include cards, wallets, and crypto (for example Visa, Tether, Binance) as shown at checkout. Prices may be displayed in USD or INR and converted by your payment provider.

You are responsible for bank fees, network fees, and exchange differences.

An order is accepted when payment is confirmed on our system. We may refuse, pause, or cancel an order if payment is disputed, flagged, or appears fraudulent.

6. No Refund After Use

Because products are digital and often consumed instantly:

• OTP, credits, tokens, rent time, and similar items are non-refundable once issued or used.
• Download links and delivered files are non-refundable once accessed.
• License / activation keys are non-refundable once revealed or bound to a device or account.

A refund or replacement may be considered only if we fail to deliver the purchased item and cannot provide a working alternative.

Device not supported, wrong model selected by you, operator error, already-used token, expired token after the stated validity, or a result you dislike is not grounds for a refund.

Chargebacks or payment disputes opened without first contacting support may result in account suspension.

7. Accounts

You must keep your username, password, email, and 2FA details confidential. Activity on your account is treated as your activity.

Inform us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or close accounts that appear abused, shared in breach of a product license, or used for prohibited work.

8. License and Restrictions

Unless a product page says otherwise, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased item for your own authorized servicing work.

You must not:

• resell, rent, share, or publish logins, OTP, credits, files, or keys except where the product is expressly sold for resale
• reverse engineer, crack, or bypass vendor licensing
• use our name, panels, or APIs to harm third parties or run automated abuse
• upload malware or attempt to break the website, payment, or vendor systems

Third-party tool names belong to their owners. gsmxr.in sells access or credits as a distributor / reseller where offered. Vendor rules still apply.

9. Service Quality and “As Is”

Tools, servers, and vendor APIs can change without notice. A model that worked yesterday may fail after a brand security update.

All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty that they will work on every device, remain online 24/7, or meet a particular result.

We do not guarantee compatibility with every chipset, firmware, or regional variant. Always read the product title and notes before buying.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GSMXR ENTERPRISES, its owner, staff, and suppliers are not liable for:

• device brick, data loss, warranty void, or hardware damage
• legal action, seizure, or penalty arising from how you used a tool
• vendor downtime, token expiry, or third-party API failure
• lost profits, shop downtime, or indirect / consequential loss

Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that specific order.

11. Support Data

If you send IMEI numbers, screenshots, logs, or device details to support, you confirm you are allowed to share them.

Do not send data of devices you are not authorized to service. We may keep tickets as needed to complete an order or resolve a dispute.

12. Suspension

We may refuse service, freeze credits, or close an account if we reasonably believe the account is involved in fraud, chargeback abuse, unauthorized device work, license sharing, or legal risk.

Unused balance is not automatically refundable in such cases.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after the update means you accept the revised Terms.

The “Last updated” date will change when we publish a revision.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights you may have.
